EDIT:

I was right to wait a while before re-opening this work again.
The face was quite distorted by the looks of it. Now it's should be okay.

I fixed things mostly around the face area and resized the choker to fit the original

Now she should looks younger and cuter? as she should've been.

Your best friend just saved you life from certain death, but you know that by doing so, she had doomed herself.

Are you grateful that you have such a loving and dependable friend who looks out for you?
or are you hurt knowing that you will loose that very person?

or maybe both?

Put yourself in the eyes of Kaname Madoka after she was saved by her best friend, Miki Sayaka, in the episode 4.

Everything about this picture is very well done; I'm quite fond of the shading done on the hair and eyes, in particular. This is probably just me, but I thought that the line of her mouth was a bit off, though the lips themselves are pleasant (I do know that some mouths work that way, but still can't help but feel that the right side feels odd, if that makes any sense.)

The only other thing I can think of is that, for someone who just saved another at her own expense, she seems rather happy; accepting, almost. Her expression is ENTIRELY based on the artist's own vision (nor is his vision wrong in any way), but I would have imagined more pain in the eyes. An expression that not only shows that she's glad you're okay and the concern for your well-being, but the pain brought by the thought of being separated from her best friend in death.

Again, very well done! ^^
